With a national $6 billion portfolio under his management, Traders in Purple has achieved year-on-year success for many years, aligning the company vision and values with best industry practice and maximising profits. George is committed to delivering sustainable communities that deliver quality of life now and for generations to come.

George holds positions on several boards, these companies span multiple industries ranging from infrastructure, technology, finance and real-estate.

Co-director and owner of Traders in Purple, Charles has over 20 years’ experience across the design and delivery of complex projects within multiple sectors of the construction industry.

A qualified engineer and builder, his skill for project management has been one of the foundations of Traders in Purple success.

Charles has a passion for improving the lives of people in the communities in which he works and is a strong advocate for increased social and affordable housing. Leading the Traders in Purple pro bono initiatives, he believes strongly in a social and economic success of every community and supports the local employment for each Traders in Purple project. He is also a thought-leader and innovator within the private sector of the industry.

A renowned and respected property professional, Brett has over 30 years’ experience in delivering premium residential projects with Mirvac, Lendlease and other international property groups. Brett’s expertise lies in the management and delivery of large scale and complex masterplanned projects involving multiple levels of stakeholders including government, community groups and investors. Delivering projects throughout Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, Brett understands the nuances of working with all tiers of government to achieve the best outcomes for the community across owner occupier apartments and mixed-use community projects.

Brett leads the team at Traders in Purple and has responsibility for the management of the business and development of strategy, bringing together modern and efficient delivery methods as well as the critical thinking needed to create vibrant communities.

Garnering over 20 years of experience in the property development industry, Gerald expertly supports Traders as our Chief Financial Officer. Providing strategic commercial and financial advice across our portfolio – his extensive knowledge in analysis and reporting with a sharp financial and commercial focus, includes advice on project acquisitions and disposal deal structuring.

Before joining Traders In Purple, Gerald was the Financial Controller at Destination Brisbane Consortium, delivering the $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf development in the Brisbane CBD. His previous work spanning 15 years at Mirvac in various financial roles includes – Mirvac Residential National Financial Controller and Regional Financial Controller with Mirvac hotels.

While Gerald commenced his career in audit and assurance services with KPMG, he also holds a Bachelor of Commerce, qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance (Kaplan).

Including his innate passion for creating great places, mixed with his extensive property experience, Brad is an infrastructure professional with broad skill sets spanning across development management, project management and construction management.

With his decades of hands-on experience, he proudly supports the Traders national team from the early phases of project feasibility and business case, through project delivery and transaction. Amongst his numerous accolades, Brad has held long-term senior positions within Australia’s leading diversified property groups, including Lendlease, Mirvac and CIMIC. Brad has successfully delivered projects of high complexity across residential, commercial, retail, infrastructure and hospitality.

As we continue our rapid growth, his unwavering passion for property and in-depth experience in construction management, infrastructure and design will be showcased throughout our national portfolio.

With an extensive range of project experience and achievements, Susie brings more than 15 years’ of skilled property marketing expertise to the Traders In Purple team.

Susie has been pivotal in crafting strategies for industry-leading developments across both apartments and masterplanned communities.

With a deep understanding of the property cycle from acquisition to completion, Susie prioritises brand integrity, community understanding, and delivering excellence to customers. Her track record, knowledge and commitment make her a valuable member of the team.

Over the years Susie has shaped the marketing for some of Australia’s most significant project launches, displaying the creativity and flair required to succeed in a competitive environment.

Simon’s passion for the property industry is reflected in his 20 years of experience covering multiple portfolio’s nationally across residential, retail, mixed-use, industrial and commercial asset classes.

His involvement spanning multifaceted projects is refined and crafted from experience with previous leading Australian and global property groups. Equipped with a wealth of knowledge ranging from identifying and understanding the dynamic requirements of partners, transaction structuring, due diligence, town planning, and obtaining approvals,. Simon is a valuable member of the development team as the Partnership and Acquisitions Director.

Strongly dedicated to improving project outcomes across all property sectors, Simon has a unique skill set evolving from partnerships with governments, not-for-profit organisations including registered clubs, Church groups and institutional and private landowners. His perseverance in providing quality outcomes for all stakeholders emulates the Traders In Purple ethos of honesty, transparency and long-lasting partnerships.

Alex is an accomplished development professional with over 25 years’ experience in the property and development industry, spanning both public and private sectors. Her career has seen her lead multidisciplinary teams across all stages of the project lifecycle, from acquisition and planning through to sales, construction and settlement.

She has played a pivotal role in delivering some of Queensland’s most iconic residential and mixed-use developments, including Ascot Green at Brisbane Racing Club, the Waterfront Newstead masterplan, Mariner’s Peninsula, Ephraim Island, and Tennyson Reach.

Alex brings a strategic mindset, deep knowledge of the local market and a proven ability to navigate complex project environments. Her collaborative leadership style and commitment to high-quality outcomes make her an important addition to the Traders In Purple team.

Matt is a seasoned development professional, bringing two decades of experience to the team. He has led large-scale projects across the residential, retirement living, Build-to-Rent (BTR), and purpose-built student accommodation sectors.

Renowned for his unique blend of strategy, creativity and problem-solving, Matt oversees projects across every stage of the development lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and managing planning approvals, to coordinating stakeholders and delivery teams.

Matt is passionate about bringing together great people to create places that genuinely make a positive difference to people’s lives. His commitment to building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional project outcomes is integral to Traders In Purple.

Emma is a highly skilled development professional with 20 years’ experience in the industry, working across delivery, acquisition, and customer relations, as well as establishing Build-to-Rent (BTR) projects. She has worked extensively with large ASX-listed and superannuation companies, contributing to some of Sydney’s most well-known master-planned urban renewal sites, including Harold Park and Rhodes.

Emma is deeply committed to creating high-quality, sustainable communities that exceed customer expectations. Her leadership and strategic approach to development are underpinned by a strong ability to foster partnerships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Beyond her professional role, Emma is actively engaged in the broader community, contributing to school councils, church property committees, and industry groups. She brings a collaborative and considered approach to development, making her an invaluable addition to the Traders In Purple team.

With 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Matt has built a distinguished career leading the acquisition and delivery of major master planned communities across New South Wales and beyond.

He has worked extensively with ASX-listed developers on landmark residential projects spanning Sydney, as well as the Hunter and Illawarra regions — overseeing every stage from acquisition and planning through to delivery, sales and settlement. His experience also extends to the not-for-profit housing sector, where he has delivered social and affordable housing projects that provide lasting community benefit.

Matt brings a thoughtful, community-centred approach to development and a proven ability to deliver projects that create great places to live and connect.

Daniel brings 15 years of property development expertise gained across major private and listed companies, with a focus on premium residential projects.

His career has included roles on two of Sydney’s most significant residential developments, One Sydney Harbour and One Circular Quay. As our Development Director for New South Wales, Daniel will help drive the continued growth of our NSW portfolio.

Daniel’s background in residential development has given him a deep understanding of how to deliver communities that people are proud to call home and that contribute to the social fabric of their neighbourhoods.

His attention to detail and drive to challenge and improve processes will help ensure our projects are delivered to the highest standard, reflecting our commitment to exceeding expectations.

A third-generation builder, Jayson has more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality residences.

Beginning his career as an apprentice carpenter, he completed a Bachelor of Construction Management, combining hands-on experience with a deep understanding of the industry. He has worked with one of New South Wales’ largest project home companies and in the commercial sector, where he delivered residential apartments, mixed-use developments and commercial projects.

At Traders In Purple, Jayson oversees the construction of our New South Wales projects, working closely with the development team from design and approvals through to completion.

Combining his extensive industry experience with a passion for quality, Jayson is committed to delivering homes that are built to stand the test of time.

Mark has more than 35 years’ experience across the construction and development sectors, and a strong track record of optimising design and delivery outcomes.

His diverse career has spanned quantity surveying, cost planning, project management, procurement, business development, and project bid leadership, giving him a comprehensive perspective across all aspects of project delivery. He has held senior roles with large-scale private and publicly listed companies.

Mark leads Traders In Purple’s pre-construction teams nationally through design, costing, programming and buildability to set projects up for success. He contributes extensive industry knowledge and a solutions-focused mindset to every project.
