Development Manager – Queensland

About the role

We currently have a new opportunity for a Development Manager to join our highly successful Development division working across a range of premium residential projects across Queensland. 

Reporting to the Queensland Development Director, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Hands on role to manage the delivery of all aspects of a significant residential portfolio of projects in QLD
  • Work closely and manage project consultant teams
  • Ensure project KPI’s and budget requirements are met
  • Work closely with internal construction, and sales & marketing team
  • Reporting on development, project status, forecasted completion cost v budget 
  • Assessing new business opportunities

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years residential full life cycle development delivery experience
  • Good knowledge of planning legislation / requirements, construction methodologies & high level of commercial acumen
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial feasibilities
  • Proven experience leading and driving projects and consultant teams to achieve program milestones
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Tertiary education essential

Marketing Coordinator – Queensland

About the role

We currently have a new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to work as part of our highly successful Sales & Marketing team based in Brisbane.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will assist in implementing marketing campaigns for a diverse range of projects in Queensland and Tasmania while assisting corporate deliverables where required.

Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist and support S&M strategies, programs, objectives, policies and initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home
  • Coordinating online activities including the ongoing development and management of websites through a Content Management System
  • Assist with the delivery of marketing collateral including marketing briefs, coordinating reviews, drafts and production
  • Manage online listings and edm’s
  • Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing
  • Assist with meeting preparation and calendar invites
  • Assist in the development and delivery of sales displays 
  • Assist and attend project launches and events
  • Assist in the update and maintenance of customer data and CRM
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants
  • Assist in managing communication/ PR/ social media / project issues
  • Assist in corporate S&M requirements – including company website, social media, presentations and awards


The Person

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar Marketing position within the residential property industry or a large national organization
  • Experience in assisting in the development of marketing strategies and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing automation campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong computing skills including Outlook, Word and Excel along with knowledge of website and social media channels.
  • A thirst for learning and a passion for keeping up with the fast moving marketing space
  • Demonstrates initiative, works well in a team environment and has a positive and proactive ‘can do’ approach
  • Professional attitude in dealing with both internal and external clients
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to multitask while managing competing priorities
