Northsea proves to be a hit as buyers seek out regional coastal living in NSW

70% sold during its first week on market

Meticulously designed north-facing apartments set to rejuvenate the Wollongong CBD, has captured the attention of buyers with over 70% sold during its first week on the market.

It has been an exceptional launch for the 12-storey project by Traders In Purple, which will showcase sweeping views across the coastline and Illawarra escarpment. The Archiecturally designed apartments have drawn unprecedented interest with over 1000 enquiries since marketing commenced on the project in mid-October.  

Northsea offers 38 residential apartments, which are being sold through Belle Property Illawarra – the residences are attracting a mix of both local and regional buyers, with some properties achieving more than $15,000 per metre.

Among the sales at Northsea – a three bedroom penthouse apartment, spanning 134 sqm, with two bathrooms and a double car parking space sold for $2.4m while two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 95 sqm to 146 sqm fetched prices between $640,000 and $1.2m.
